The outside of the Villa is 2000mq (21,528 sq ft) and has a massive pool overlooking the Alps and vineyards w/ an outdoor shower, terrace overlooking the pool, a handmade Pizza oven, grill and glorious garden.

Surrounded by hundreds of beautiful flowers, The garden has a Pond with a water feature over looking the ADDA river with spectacular views of the Italian alps and surrounding verticals vineyards. In addition fresh lavender, a herb garden, green figs, purple figs, red and white table grapes, Persimmons, plums, almonds, walnuts and pomegranates.

The separate 4,000mq (43,056 sq ft) Garden is a three level Olive grove, producing up to 30L of the finest EVOO. With nut trees and a wall of Evergreen spruce trees.
